DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY

We respect intellectual property. If material on this site infringes your copyright, we act fast to review and, where appropriate, remove it.

How to file a notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line DMCA NOTICE. Include the full URL where the material appears, a description of the work you own, and contact details so we can reach you.

Your notice should state that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, that the information is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. Anonymous notices without evidence are rejected, because we cannot verify them.

What happens next

We review every complete notice within three working days. If the complaint is valid, we take the material down first and ask questions later. We may contact you for clarification if a notice is incomplete, and we will tell the other party when content is removed.

We keep a record of every action so the process stays fair to both sides. If we have a licence or a fair-use position, we will explain it in writing rather than simply refusing.

Counter notices

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was wrong, send a counter notice to [email protected] with your name, address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a competent court. We forward it to the original complainant.

Unless the complainant files a court action, we aim to restore the material within ten working days. This is the standard process and it protects both parties from a rushed decision.
