We answer messages within one business day. Tell us what you need and we will point you in the right direction, even if it is a different site.

What to include
- Tips: the product name and where you bought it, plus a photo if you have one.
- Corrections: the exact URL, what is wrong, and a photo or source that proves it.
- Pitches: the section you want, your topic, and a sample of your writing.
We cannot test every product or visit every hotel, but a clear, specific message always gets a faster reply than a vague one. If you are writing about a trip that has already happened, include the dates and the booking reference so we can check the details.
